For the mother I re-sculpted on top of an old model and sliced her in half.

Anatomy study, the main inspiration was from a Die Antwoord music video and this is one of its fine specimen. Rendered in zbrush and tweaked in photoshop.

Anne of Cleves [wip]
Long time no post! anyway this is one of the project I have been working on for the past few months. There is also a big monument I am making in between (http://puu.sh/bmAjY/ab3108c15d.jpg http://puu.sh/bmAzJ/707abe5d5a.jpg ) and another separate character am working on towards my spare time.
I have been working on her this week, used a lot of recycled sub-tools from the previous models. Also used a lot of dynamesh and zremesh (with adapt turned off) on most of her outfit.

Terracotta warrior statue.
Went back on my terracotta warrior sculpt and finished it to a point.
Retopology in 3Dcoat, Xnormal for baking and gave the Quixel suit a try.

Long time no post! I have been quiet busy on some personal project and haven't doodled as much. Used spheres and cylinders right at the start, then used dynamesh and zremesh towards the end. Rendered in marmoset.

Katherine of Aragon textured and render.
Spent most of today texuring in photoshop and playing with marmoset. Paid more attention on the face compared to the rest of her, will come back to tweak this again later on.

Baking done, used xnormal and max in the process. Gave her a subtle pose, mainly on her eyes. Currently texturing in photoshop and 3dcoat.

Katherine of Aragon [wip]
Second bust for the Tudor history project and this is my take on Katherine of Aragon, Henry VIII first wife. I used a basemesh for the head and extracted the rest from a mesh using the extract tool. Followed by dynamesh>zremesh>unwrap. I'm currently tweaking the sculpt and getting it ready for the baking process.
Henry VIII himself is about 90% done and will post the final image soon.

Henry the VIII update.
Played around with Hair and fur modifier in max and pretty happy with the results so far, still need to delete a few unseen planes and clean up some of its positions. Also worked more on the textures, where I used the polypaint from zbrush as a base texure in 3Dcoat and photoshop.

Anatomy study.
Anatomy study started from spheres and cylinders. Then used dynamesh to merge all subtools and worked on more finer details. Finally then to zremesh/project and transpose tool, also added a small amount of polypaint for final touches.

Terra of Team Titans.
Finally done with this one! Better late than never I guess. Personally enjoyed the baking and texturing process overall. Moving on before I spot more mistakes, which made my palm and face meet about 3 times already.
Henry the VIII of England [wip]
Making a bust of Henry the VIII. High sculpt is pretty much done, used spotlight for the base texture and polypaint for polishing. Currently working on the low poly version, which are all baked and ready for photoshop.

Terra update.
Hair finally replaced with planes (which was a lot of fun) and started working on the textures more. Been mainly working on her after work bit by bit, but she's nearly done.

Worked more on her textures with a quick pose in zbrush with transpose tool. Not that happy with the hair still, it looks like she's wearing cardboard cutouts.

Shopkeeper's wife update.
Small update on her, most time spent on her would be the plane hairs...which I found to be a good practice on Terra when her time comes. I still have plenty of things to fix on her and it's mainly her transition from high to low poly. Lost some of her character from when I was working on the high sculpt. ALSO the hair that looks like a wig, missing eyelashes, boring eyebrows and dead looking eyes. Am sure I'll spot some more later on. Will quickly rig her next to test out some pose.
